巴实燕盏原产于南洋深山洞穴
特点:色带黄,光泽润亮。巴实燕必能炖上5-6小时。燕质香淳,润滑可口,具有清香蛋味,方可称为上品。
炖法:将约9 克左右巴实燕盏放在清水浸约1小时左右就可取出过水。 放进炖盅加沸水约250ml然后放进沸水锅里隔水, 大火炖4-5个小时已达润滑程度。然后取出再加竹蔗冰糖水,分量依个人口味即可食用。放进雪柜冷食更可口。
另注:要加多燕窝炖,水份如以上方式增加。

Bashi bird’s nest originates from southeast Asia deep mountain caves
Features: Yellowish in colour and BaShi Bird’s nest will be able to stew up to 5-6 hours. Premium bird’s nest quality, features smooth texture and delicious taste with a delicate eggs fragrance.
How to stew: Take about 9 grams of Bashi Bird nest; soak it in water for about 1 hour. After that, it can be taken out of the water and add about 250ml of boiling water into the stew pot before being placed in boiling water pot which is watertight. Stew with high heat for 4-5 hours and has reached level of smooth texture. Then remove and add rock sugar for taste. Amount of rock sugar depends according to individual taste. Place it in chill before consuming would be more delicious.
Note: To stew more bird's nest, water is added in proportion as describe above.
